A Farooqui LLC, operating under the brands Amber Farooqui, Amber Farooqui Consulting and Coaching, The Sisterhood Conference, The Sisterhood Community, and Sisterhood Social Club ("we," "us," or "our"), provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use amberfarooqui.com, sisterhoodcommunity.org and their related subdomains (the "Sites"). Sisterhood Community is also referred to as The Sisterhood Community. Our email and text subscriptions are limited to the topics and channels you select; the inclusion of our other brands in this notice does not subscribe you to their marketing.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you make a purchase, sign up for our services, or contact us.
Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with our Sites, such as IP address, browser type, access times, and pages viewed.
Communication and Preference Data: We may collect and retain messages you exchange with us, your email and text-message preferences, and records of consent or withdrawal. These records may include your contact information, the source and date of a signup, and the consent wording associated with it. We use these records to manage subscriptions, respond to requests and document communication choices.
2. How We Use Your Information
To Provide and Manage Services: Including fulfilling orders, delivering digital content, and providing customer support.
To Communicate: We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, provide communications about purchases or services you requested, and send the marketing email or text messages you choose to receive. A request for information or a purchase does not by itself subscribe you to marketing texts.
For Analytics: Improving our Sites, understanding user behavior, and enhancing user experience.
To Manage Communication Choices: We use preference and consent records to manage subscriptions, process opt-out requests and support applicable messaging requirements. We do not treat possession of a phone number, agreement to website terms, or use of a Site as consent to marketing texts.
3. Sharing Your Information
Service Providers: We may disclose information to service providers that process it on our behalf to provide our services, such as website hosting, payment processing, customer support and communications delivery. They may use that information to perform the services for us, subject to applicable restrictions.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.
Business Transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to applicable law and the SMS-specific restrictions below. A transfer does not by itself authorize new marketing or expand the scope of your consent.
SMS-Specific Restrictions: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, including phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not provide text-message opt-in records or consent to other businesses for their marketing. Providers and subcontractors that operate or support our messaging program may process mobile information and consent records solely on our behalf for that purpose. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from other sharing described in this policy, except disclosures required by law. These SMS-specific restrictions control if another part of this policy would otherwise permit broader sharing.
4. Your Communication Choices
Access and Correction: You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information.
Email: On our signup forms, you choose whether to receive the email subscription described there. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting amber@amberfarooqui.com. You may request that all marketing email from A Farooqui LLC stop.
Text Messages: SMS consent is separate and optional. Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not, by itself, authorize marketing texts. You can subscribe to email without subscribing to texts. To stop texts, reply STOP to a message from us or contact amber@amberfarooqui.com and identify the number you want removed. For help, reply HELP or use that email address. Other clear requests to stop texts will also be honored.
Subscription Scope: The Amber newsletter covers the newsletters, offers and updates about courses, events and services described on its signup form. A RICH AF Accelerator interest signup covers that program’s information and promotions; it does not automatically subscribe you to the general Amber newsletter or a Sisterhood list. A Sisterhood signup applies only to the topics and channels described on its form and does not automatically enroll you in Amber marketing. Contact inquiries and purchases do not by themselves create marketing subscriptions. Email and SMS are separate choices.
An email unsubscribe does not automatically change an independently selected SMS subscription, and an SMS opt-out does not automatically change an email subscription, unless you ask us to stop both. Requests to stop all marketing will be applied across marketing channels. Any continued non-marketing communication will be limited to what is permitted by law; it will not be used to bypass a marketing opt-out.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 18, we will delete the information from our records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Sites. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Using a Site, providing contact details, or acknowledging this policy does not by itself authorize marketing messages.
