The person behind the brandWhile being homeschooled abroad, I fell in love with fitness and started documenting my journey on social media. Sharing what I loved became a coaching business at 17 and by 20 I wrote my first book, which hit bestseller in less than 24 hours.
I tried the traditional by going to university, earning a degree, and landing a corporate job at a Fortune 100 company. But let's say my goal became getting fired from a role that wasn’t meant for me and once I did, that pushed me to finally go full on CEO mode. Today, I’m the founder of Sisterhood, the #1 women’s conference in Illinois, and RICH AF Academy. Through my work, I’ve helped thousands of people around the world find their confidence and build something of their own so they can finally have a life they don't need a vacation from.

I wrote Finding Your Fit at 20 while recovering from surgery for stage 4 endometriosis. That was when reality hit, and taking care of myself took on a whole new meaning. In this book, I share my personal perspectives and real, practical approaches to caring for yourself and how you carry yourself through life.
Being “fit” goes beyond the physical. Finding Your Fit explores the five dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social. It shows how caring for all five helps you become fit in every area of your life.

Amber helps entrepreneurs connect their personal brand, messaging, content, offers, sales and business systems. RICH AF Academy brings together 1:1 coaching, consulting, social and creative direction, and the self-paced Accelerator.
Coaching is personalised support, normally starting with six months. Meeting schedules and scope are agreed together. The Accelerator is independent learning with an eight-week curriculum, a workbook and occasional group sessions when scheduled.
